Subscriptions

When will I get billed for my subscription?

We offer Pay As You Go Subscription Plan. You will be billed automatically at regular intervals depending on the plan type you choose.

Can I change my order date?

Yes. You can change your order date within your customer portal.

Can I select my delivery day?

No. At this time we do not provide an option for selecting your delivery day. We do not deliver on the weekends. We hope to be able to expand this offer in the future. If you need help, please contact support@freightfarms.com.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address at any time within the customer portal.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You may pause your subscription within the customer portal.

Do you charge sales tax on subscription boxes?

Yes.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel after the second order fulfillment, however we highly encourage you to pause your subscription and contact us via support@freightfarms.com so that we may try to assist you with your orders.

Are boxes refundable?

When are boxes shipped?

Your initial box will ship within 1-2 days from the day you placed the order.  Your next delivery will automatically take place 3 months from the initial order date.

When will I receive my box?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Some orders may take 3-7 business days depending on location and accessibility. Please note that products may arrive in several boxes, over the course of a couple of days. If you are missing items in your order for longer than 5-7 days, please contact support@freightfarms.com so we may better assist you.

What locations do you offer subscription shipments to?

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada at this time. If you are an international customer and would like to sign up for a subscription, please contact support@freightfarms.com. We will determine if this is feasible based on your location and provide you with a quote for shipping costs.

Why did the price of my subscription change?

Due to supply & demand, we reserve the right to replace any items in your kit, which may affect the overall price.

Can I use a gift card with my subscription purchase?

Yes, you can use a gift card at checkout which can be applied to the order total.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription purchase?

Yes, you may use a discount code at checkout. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each discount for further details.
