Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes. You can view, manage, and update your subscription at any time by logging into your farmhand Shop account, navigating to "My Account" in the top right, and then click on "Manage Subscriptions."

When will I get billed for my subscription?

We offer a pay-as-you-go Subscription Plan. You will be charged automatically at regular intervals depending on your selected delivery frequency and your items will automatically ship to you.

Can I change my order date?

Yes. You can change your order date within your customer portal.

Can I select my delivery day?

No. At this time we do not provide an option for selecting your delivery day. Also note that we do not deliver on the weekends. We hope to be able to expand this offer in the future.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address at any time within the customer portal. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription within the customer portal.

Do you charge sales tax on subscription boxes?


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the customer portal. Orders must be canceled at least five days prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid being shipped and fees incurred.

Are boxes refundable?

When are products shipped?

Your initial order will ship within 1-3 business days after the date you placed the order.  Your next delivery will automatically take place based on your selected delivery frequency.

When will I receive my product(s)?

Most orders arrive within two to five business days of shipment date. Some orders may take three to seven business days depending on delivery location and accessibility. Please note that products may arrive in several boxes over the course of a couple of days. If you are missing items in your order for longer than seven days, please contact so our team can assist you.

What locations do you ship to?

We offer subscription based shipping to the United States and Canada at this time.

Why did the price of my subscription change?

Due to supply and demand, we reserve the right to replace any items in your kit, which may affect the overall price.

Can I use a gift card with my subscription purchase?

Yes. Gift cards can be applied to the order total at checkout. However, due to automatic billing, you cannot apply a gift card to subsequent subscription charges.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription purchase?

Yes, you can use a discount code at checkout. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each discount for further details.
