How do I order replacement parts for the Greenery™?

All of the products on Shop are compatible with the 2019 Greenery™ or later models, or are able to be used as a substitute for an existing component. If you are unsure, please check with a Freight Farms Client Service Representative to ensure the product or part is compatible with our systems.

How do I order replacement parts for the LGM™?

Some of the products on Shop may be compatible with LGM™ models, or are able to be used as a substitute for an existing component. If you can no longer find an LGM™ part that was previously sold on our Shop, please contact a Freight Farms Client Service Representative to assist you. 

Can I purchase warranty items through farmhand Shop?

No. Please contact a Client Services representative at support@freightfarms.com for assistance on any products that are under Freight Farms Limited 1 Year Warranty.
