COVID-19 Service Update

Here at farmhand Shop, we are always evaluating how to optimize our operations to meet our customers' expectations. The safety and well-being of our team members and customers is our top priority. Due to the role Freight Farms plays in the agricultural industry, we are considered an essential business and may continue to operate under 'state of emergency' and 'shelter in place' orders issued in the U.S. We are closely monitoring guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization and taking all recommended safety precautions. We will continue operations as government restrictions and regulations allow.

Containment measures imposed by governments around the world to aid in preventing the spread of COVID-19 are currently causing unavoidable service impacts on both inbound and outbound shipments. The virus has spread to over 190 countries, areas or territories and is classified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a global pandemic.

COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains globally, and air cargo capacity is extremely constrained. To continue providing the best possible service for our customers, we are making several adjustments to our services and transit times globally in compliance with our carriers.

Temporary suspension of FedEx Express Money-Back Guarantee

The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service.
As a result, Money-back guarantee (MBG) has been temporary suspended for all FedEx Express service till further notice.

Temporary signature suspension for delivery

For the safety and well-being of couriers and customers, FedEx and TNT signature guidelines are temporarily adjusted for all shipments within APAC with some exceptions. In efforts to minimize physical interactions, FedEx couriers will now only seek verbal confirmation of delivery for most shipments. This means that recipients will not be asked to sign for most deliveries, until further notice.

Heavy Package Volume

The COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. As more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays.

Weather & Service Disruptions

Seasonal weather events and other disruptions may occur and cause delays for inbound and outbound shipments. Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our partners, team members and providing the best service to our customers.
