Freight Farms has partnered with leaders in the agricultural and hydroponics industries to be able to provide you highly competitive pricing for top-tier products. Because we ship from multiple distribution centers and a percentage of our products are unique to Freight Farms, the shipping and delivery windows are unique for each product.

What Carriers Do You Use?

FedEx or LTL. 

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.

Where Do You Ship?

Currently we ship to the continental US, US territories and most locations in Canada. For international orders, please use a freight forwarder located in the U.S. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all import regulations and requirements are understood prior to placing an order. Liability ownership transfers to the freight forwarder of your choice once it has reached its destination.

Please note that hazardous materials, including ORM-D and Limited Quantity materials, cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via FedEx Ground. Hazardous materials being shipped into Canada require a customs broker. Please ensure you enter these details in the notes field on the cart page before you checkout.

Please note that all orders over 80lbs require LTL shipping. A freight forwarder is required for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Do You Offer Freight Incentives?

Yes. If you purchase $4,500.00 or more of non-qualifying materials you will receive FREE freight. Non-qualifying materials are things like grow substrates and media. 

How Long Does It Take To Ship My Order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. 

May I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations are by exception only, and are not always possible. Once your order is placed, we process it right away (sometimes within minutes). If your order has gone into production, it is not possible for us to cancel your order. To determine whether or not your order has gone into production, please contact us directly at shop@freightfarms.com.

What Is The Status Of My Order?

Once your farmhand Shop order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information. You may track the current status of your shipment at any time via your farmhand Shop account.
